Joanne joins RSP as the Operations Manager. She dynamically leads an aspirational and highly capable division of Project Managers and Engineers to deliver on our promise of installing the fire sprinkler systems to the highest of standards. Nurturing a people-centric and holistic culture is key to our growth whereby our actions always lead to success and safety for all.

Jo is an immensely valuable addition to the growing team. She brings with her a wealth of experience, qualifications and energy to RSP. Formerly a key social housing customer of ours, Jo joined us as she has benefited from our expertise and integrity so aims to expand this offering to new and existing customers.

Dan is the CEO at RSP Fire Sprinkler Systems. He was welcomed into the business by co-founders Anthony and John to take RSP through succession, ensuring sustainable growth. Dan’s background is in customer focussed and business development roles. These insights offer RSP a breadth of critical thinking ensuring ongoing improvements, fresh ideas and a devotion to keeping people and properties safe from fire.

RSP will continue to thrive and expand with a formidable team where we will tirelessely raise the bar in life safety. Exciting times ahead.

Anthony commenced trading as an installer of residential and domestic fire sprinkler systems in 2010 and was the first in Wales to secure third party accreditation later that year. In 2013, Anthony asked brother John to join him in the formation of RSP as a limited company with Anthony taking on the responsibility and supervision of installations and workforce development.

Anthony still enjoys rolling up his sleeves and getting involved in field operations. He can often be seen servicing and visiting some of his original customers.

John Newman is Chairman of RSP Fire Sprinkler Systems.  Drawing on over 20 years’ experience overseeing the technical aspects of installations to a wide variety of projects from commercial installations to factories and shops to his now specialist expertise in the residential and domestic market, particularly new build housing estates, student accommodation, residential care homes, and high rise sprinkler retrofits.

John’s technical expertise in the design of residential and domestic sprinkler systems is widely recognised resulting in his advice being regularly sought by architects, M&E contractors, and various other construction professionals.  John is also frequently a speaker at various construction industry related seminars and was particularly proud to be invited to speak at the 2016 Fire Sprinkler International conference in Munich.

At RSP John particularly likes to promote innovation in a quest to continually improve sprinkler systems and products to ensure the installed systems offer the very best in protection at a fair and competitive price, without compromising performance in fire safety.
